Storage

We offer on-premises, climate-controlled vault storage maintained between 40–50°F with balanced humidity levels of 45–55% to protect against heat, moisture, and insect damage. Professional cold storage can significantly extend the life of your fur, keeping it supple and looking like new for many years.

You may bring your garments directly to Terzako or schedule a convenient pickup appointment. Traveling? We also provide insured shipping services throughout the United States.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Fur should be professionally cleaned once a year, ideally at the end of the winter season before storage. If your coat was not stored with us, we recommend bringing it in for expert cleaning, glazing, comb-through, and any necessary repairs. Regardless of the season, if you are not wearing your garment, it should be kept in secure cold storage.
